Craig S. Bazzani Lecture Series

The Craig S. Bazzani Lecture Series honors the long-time University of Illinois vice president for administration and comptroller.
Dr. Bazzani served the University of Illinois for nearly 25 years, serving in a variety of business and finance roles including vice president for administration. Widely known for his strategic thinking and creative approach to business and financial issues, Bazzani came to the University in 1977 after a career in the Illinois Bureau of the Budget. He holds three degrees from Illinois State University.
The Bazzani Lecture Series began in 2003 and brings to the University of Illinois leading researchers and commentators on the most important political and policy issues facing Illinois and the nation. The University of Illinois sponsors the Bazzani Lecture Series; the Institute of Government and Public Affairs manages and promotes the program.
